| When searching for an office to represent me in the sale of my home, I researched many; McColly, ReMax, Century 21 along with some smaller companies. Advance Realty charged ONE fee, my commission. Every other company I contacted had several other fees, some of which I never would have known unless I asked. Bottom Line....they work for their clients not only for the money. I saved a considerable amount by listing my home with Advance and will definately allow them to handle any future real estate needs. Angela |
| I loved the team work Advance Realty represents. Some of the realtors work in "teams". I was represented by Mike and Michelle Russell. If one was unavailable the other was. I always had someone to answer my questions. It was nice having double the help and twice the creative ideas when trying to sell my home. Anonymous |
